I happened upon this quote and knew instantly that it would become a "Deephope" quote.

Deephope is the gay/same-gender erotic as sacred. Deephope is being conscious and affirming the value of the capacity for same-gender pleasure in and of itself, but even moreso, the fact that the same-gender pleasure is one of the ways in which one connects with the deepest purposes of the universe.

Deephope is an effort by and to gay and bisexual men. We affirm the value of our capacity for pleasure as one of the significant ways in which we connect with the deepest purposes of the universe and in doing so, we acknowledge, surrender to, and commit ourselves to the sacred calling and housing the sacred gift of our orientation in our daily lives.
